Roles in HMS System | User defined Roles and Authentication
Administrator will manage the whole system staring from deployment he / she will manage all users and their roles through role creation and role mapping process.
Front Desk operator will deal with patient and patient parties and aware them about all kind of services provided by the Organization like patient inquiry, patient registration, booking appointments, collecting cash, complete admission and discharge procedure etc.
Lab technicians will update the Path Lab reports and print the results accordingly.
In Patient Department (IPD) department will update all ward procedures, O.T. details, Bed transfer procedures etc.
Storekeeper will handle the medical, surgical and other items inventory through medicine inventory module.
Accountant will check and prepare all kind of financial transactions and related reports.
All the Vouchers will get updated in book of accounts only after approval of concerned authority.
