This is the main entry as well as exit module for new / old patient who visits to take services like Consultation with the doctors, subsequent visit or follow-up visit or for getting admission to the hospital etc. This module commonly provides the following services to the patient or patient parties.

• Booking appointment of doctors as per the requirement
• Maintain Doctor schedules for consultation on daily basis.
• Maintain Patient Category (Normal / Beneficiary / Mediclaim)
• Prepare Patient Appointment report.
• In Patient Admission (In case of IPD)
• Preparing individual patient wise doctor Consultation Records
• Maintain individual patient wise case history
• Calculate individual patient wise Final Bill
• Issue of Discharge Certificate (In Case of IPD Patient)
