Patient Management - Main Entry and Exit Module
This is the main entry as well as exit module for new / old patient who visits to take services like Consultation with the doctors, subsequent visit or follow-up visit or for getting admission to the hospital etc. This module commonly provides the following services to the patient or patient parties.
- Master Patient Registration
- Booking appointment of doctors as per the requirement
- Maintain Doctor schedules for consultation on daily basis.
- Maintain Patient Category (Normal / Beneficiary / Mediclaim)
- Prepare Patient Appointment report.
- In Patient Admission (In case of IPD)
- Preparing individual patient wise doctor Consultation Records
- Maintain individual patient wise case history
- Calculate individual patient wise Final Bill
- Issue of Discharge Certificate (In Case of IPD Patient)
